 This is an adults only event. Attendees must be a minimum of 18 years. 

 Bookings for the Scottish Elvis Festival Downunder will commence 04 April 2025 and close once the event is booked out or by 31 March 2026, whichever comes first.

• A minimum deposit of AU$1,000 per person at the time of booking is required to secure your place. Please see Important Info for terms and conditions.
• The package is non-refundable from 1 July 2025.

In the event of a natural disaster that closes access to Hamilton Island and Airlie Beach, a full refund will be provided under the terms of our insurance policy. 

 Should any confirmed artist(s) fail to attend for whatever reason, they will be replaced with another suitable artist(s). and/or remain the sole discretion of the event organiser (Leckie Entertainment) to replace or not.

 Pricing
All prices are per person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable. 

 Cancellation Charges
Please note that cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on the general terms & conditions.

Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. Ask your My Queensland Expert about our great value coverage options.
